I am extremely pleased with the work done by his Al's team. Started out with an in-person consultation by his estimator Robert, followed up with a post-consult call to confirm the service and the time. Al's team that came on-site were punctual and friendly. They were receptive to guidance on tree shaping for our Colorado Blue Spruces.There was a small Customer Satisfaction issue at the end regarding some of the trimmings remaining on the ground after, and that was completely understandable since it was the end of the business day for his team.A quick call into office manager, asking for that to be rectified was passed to Al (Owner), We had discussion since it was a line item clearly established on the quote. He understood with no push-back and scheduled his boys come back in and clean up the job.They pricing was competitive but their professional conduct from start to finish, left me feeling that I received great value.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but when credit is due, I think it's important to recognize and acknowledge. Our tree unexpectedly fell down in our backyard. I made a phone call to Al and associates around 5:30pm and 24 hours later the tree was cut down, cleaned up and the job complete. It was a quick, painless experience from start to finish. We contacted multiple tree removal companies because we were so worried about the huge pine tree in front of our house especially during the past strong storms last year and during winter - it can damage our house and our neighbour(s) if it gets damaged/injured. The tree is more or less 60 years old. Out of all of the companies we contacted, we felt at ease dealing with Rob especially on advises, because some advised us to add a little on their quote to cut it off completely without the need for any permit. With Rob, he’s very honest and told us the City of Toronto rules and regulations. So we had a city inspection from an arborist (free) and we were told it’s a healthy tree. It’s the same as what Rob told us. We followed his advise and proceeded with just pruning it. We’re glad because we had peace of mind that we’re not doing something illegal. He gave us a quote on the spot and we agreed immediately to work with him. He and his team were very professional, punctual as they arrived on time, did the work properly, cleaned everything before they even left. Plus his team were friendly too and easy to deal with just like Rob. Excellent work and no damage to our property, amazing!The photos started with how the tree looked like, followed by when they’re actually doing the pruning, until after they cleaned everything. The front of our house is brighter than before and looks cleaner. The pine tree looks like a palm tree (the shape above). :)We’ll definitely recommend this company due to their professionalism, honest work, and they’re organized too. Don’t go to others, go with them, you won’t be disappointed!
